Meet Cathleen Coulson-Keegan

My name is Cathleen Coulson-Keegan, and I started Touch the Earth Design Studio in 1972 the year of my daughter's birth. Inspired by the Oregon environment where we live my husband and partner Bill and I create original designs to light your quiet, meditative spaces. We 'test' all our outdoor products by hanging them outside year round, through sleet and storm and dark of night so we can honestly tell you about their durability.

Touch the Earth, a Native American expression, represents the concept that through physically touching the soil one can touch the soul of our planet and be at peace within the universe. All our lives and products are dedicated to this idea.
