Return Policy

We hope you enjoy your Blue Lotus Treasures purchase. However, should you find the need to return an item our return policy is outlined below. If you have additional questions, please contact us.

General Returns

Your complete satisfaction is our greatest concern. Any item purchased from our online store can be returned for a refund for any reason provided it is postmarked within 14 days of the original delivery date, a copy of the original invoice, order confirmation, and/or packing list is included with the return, and the merchandise is received by us in unopened, brand new condition with no sign of damage or wear. A refund will be issued for the merchandise amount when it is determined all conditions have been met.

Unfortunately we are unable to refund shipping costs. Additionally, if the purchase qualified for our Free Shipping promotion at the time of purchase, but the merchandise return causes the final purchase to fall below $50, the amount of the refund will be reduced by the original shipping costs.

Merchandise Damaged In Transit

If your purchase is damaged in transit, return the damaged product to us within 14 days of the original delivery date by following the step-by-step instructions below and, upon assessment, we will replace it free of charge. The damaged product must be returned to us in order for us to consider providing a replacement.

Our Mistake

We take great care in processing your order, but should we make a mistake we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Simply return the product to us in new, unopened condition within 14 days of the original delivery date by following the step-by-step instructions below and we will replace it with the correct merchandise and refund your return postage costs. Please note, all return shipping costs must be prepaid; we will not accept packages arriving with postage due.

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Clearance Items
  • Special-request Items
  • Made-to-order Items

Step-by-Step Instructions

  • Contact us to inform of us that you would like to make a return and the reason for the return request. We will then issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number authorizing the return. Please note unauthorized returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and eligible refunds will be issued in store credit only.
  • Carefully repack the item(s) you are returning to prevent damage during shipping—we cannot be responsible for items damaged during the return process. Include in your package a copy of your original invoice, order confirmation, or packing slip, and documentation of why you are returning the item. Retain the original for your records.

  • Make sure your RMA number is included with our address.
  • All return shipping costs must be prepaid; we will not accept packages arriving with postage due.
  • Please remember, we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns. Therefore, you may wish to consider requesting delivery confirmation and/or insurance when shipping your package.

Processing Time

We will issue your refund within 2 to 4 days of processing your return. However, credit card companies take a little longer and it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.
